Shipping is via a postal courier such as Australia post. The shipping fee for this service is $9.99 for standard shipping, unless extra shipping is required for heavy, bulky, or large order goings to rural areas and certain parts of Australia.

Delivery of inflated balloons is via our in-house delivery service. Delivery of inflated balloons are done locally, and the fee is calculated by distance.
If you choose to get delivery of inflated balloons, a customer service team member will be in contact with you to give you a quote on the delivery fee and confirm your order with you.
