HANDLING TIME

The handling time is the number of business days that it will take to ship an order after receiving
your payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for all online orders to be packed. Please note that
during peak periods, extra days may be required to pack your orders.

PICKUP IN STORE

When can I pick up my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for Pickup in Store orders to be packed. After an order has been
finalised, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order has been placed and over the
next few days, the second email will be sent out, confirming your order is ready for pick up. After
receiving your second confirmation email, you can come instore anytime during store trading hours
to pick up your order.

Can I pick up my order over the weekend?

If you need to collect an order over the weekend and have received your second confirmation email,
you are able to visit the store during weekend trading hours and pick up your order. If you haven't
placed an order before Friday 3pm and need to collect it within the next 2 days (Saturday or
Sunday), please shop instore instead.
What to bring when picking up your order?
Please bring your pick up confirmation email & a valid ID (e.g. Drivers Licence).

STANDARD SHIPPING

This option is our standard postage service shipped by either Australia Post or Sendle.
The price for this option varies based on the weight of your order & your location.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is available on request with a surcharge by Australia Post.
The price for this option varies based on the weight of your order & your location.

SHIPPING OUT PRODUCTS

Due to delayed synchronisation between our website and backend, out of stock items may
occasionally show as available and be able to be processed in online orders. In this case, we will
contact you in regards to the out of stock items to resolve the issue. If you don't respond within 2
business days, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount or if more than 80% of items are
available from your order, we will continue to process it and refund the missing item(s).

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS LOST?

We have chosen Australia Post and Sendle as our designated couriers for their proven reliability and
efficiency. However, in the unlikely chance that a parcel is lost we unfortunately cannot accept
responsibility as it had been handled by a third party. Taking this into consideration, please contact
us by telephoning us on (02) 9526 2950, emailing info@discountpartyworld.com.au or completing
our online “Contact Us” form and we may attempt to resolve the situation.

WILL SHIPPING COSTS BE REFUNDED?

Return shipping will not be refunded, however any shipping back to you for replacement products
will be free.
